How to Make a Tropical Tequila Freeze Mocktail

1. Add all ingredients to a cockatil shaker and dry shake.
2. Then add ice and shake again.
3. Double strain into a margarita glass rimmed with lime zest sugar.
4. Garnish with pineapple wedge (optional to dip wedge in sugar and carmelize with torch)

*Lime Zest Sugar: Zest 1 lime and add to 1 tablespoon of granualted sugar and add a pinch of nutmeg. Mix.
