Return Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Cut Above Spirits. If you aren't happy with your purchase for any reason, please email us to apply for an exchange or refund within 12 days of receipt. You are eligible for reimbursement within 12 days of your purchase. After the 12-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund or conduct an exchange. 


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us as hello@drinkcutabove.com 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and any 3rd party items resold by us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Refunds that are subject to the return of the product at our sole discretion are not issued until we have received, inspected, and approved the returned items.

 

Returns

Return of product is not a requirement for a refund, but may be requested and or required. Customers that do not wish to dispose or retain product should contact hello@drinkcutabove.com  for return instructions. Return processing can take up to 3 weeks.

All return costs are the responsibility of the customer including return packaging, shipping, and any other related costs. 

 

Commercial and Wholesale Policy

In addition to the above policies, any items purchased through retailer portals, including but not limited to Faire, Airgoods, Amazon, KeHE, Sysco Marketplace are not returnable without approval and governed by the policies of those respective platforms. Returned items must be in unopened original packaging without visible defects or discrepancies.
