How to Make a Misorita Mocktail
- Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake to chill.
- Double strain into lowball glass with ice that has been rimmed with salt.
- Garnish with dehydrated lime slice.
Miso Honey Syrup: 1 cup honey, 1/2 cup water, 2 tbsp white miso paste, pinch of salt.
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan and heat over medium-low for about 10–15 minutes, whisking constantly until the miso paste has fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let the syrup cool completely.
- Strain the mixture into a container and store it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks
