Method
Stir all ingredients in mixing glass with minimal ice to chill. Strain into glass with large cube ice. Garnish with cherry tomato topped with small dash of black salt.
*Use ration of 1 large tomato to 0.25 tsp of salt and add 1 celery stalk per every 10 tomatoes. Add all to blender and blend to rough pulp. Do not over blend. Strain multiple times to remove solids and chill.
