Method

Add all ingredients except Topo Chico to shaker with ice. Shake and then double strain into a lowball with ice. Garnish with Maraschino cherries.

*Standard pho spice blend, dry toasted then crushed. Add it to double the water needed for the syrup and let cook on low heat or sous vide until infused throughly.
