Method

Stir Gin and infused Gin over ice. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with tonic. Garnish with cucumber shave or spear.

*Pulse 1 small cucumber (peeled) per 1 cup of Gin. Strain until there is no foam or solids. Keep refrigerated
