1 Lime juice

0.50 Guava juice (or 1 Tbsp diced guava)

0.50 Agave nectar

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaking tin. If using fresh guava muddle along with the mint. Add ice and shake, then strain into a low-ball glass. Garnish with lime wheel.

Make it spicy by muddling 2 slices of jalapeno or serrano pepper with the mint and guava.
