2 oz. Cut Above Agave Blanco

1 oz. Freshly squeezed lime juice

¾ oz. Agave nectar

Optional: Jalapeño slice.

CUT

1 oz. Cut Above Agave Blanco

1 oz. Your favorite Tequila

1 oz. Freshly squeezed lime juice

¾ oz. Agave nectar

Optional: Jalapeño slice.

CLASSIC

2 oz. Your Favorite Blanco Tequila

1 oz. Freshly squeezed lime juice

¾ oz. Agave nectar

Optional: Jalapeño slice.

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and tin. Add cubed ice and shake briefly. Dump everything into a large rocks glass. Do not strain over fresh ice.
