Method

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake to chill. Double strain into lowball glass with ice that has been rimmed with salt. Garnish with dehydrated lime slice.

Miso Honey Syrup: 1 cup honey, 1/2 cup water, 2 tbsp white miso paste, pinch of salt. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and heat over medium-low for about 10–15 minutes, whisking constantly until the miso paste has fully dissolved. Remove from heat and let the syrup cool completely. Strain the mixture into a container and store it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks
