1½ oz. Cut Above Mezcal

1½ oz. Zero proof cassis. If you can’t find zero proof cassis, you can use black currant or blackberry juice 

¾ oz. Lime Juice

2 oz. Ginger Beer

CUT

1½ oz. Cut Above Mezcal

1½ oz. Cassis Liqueur

¾ oz. Lime Juice

2 oz. Ginger Beer

CLASSIC

1½ oz. Your Favorite Mezcal

1½ oz. Cassis Liqueur

¾ oz. Lime Juice

2 oz. Ginger Beer

Glass & Garnish

Collins (tall glass)

Method

Shake first three ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. Top with Ginger Beer.
