Method

In a large pitcher, combine the bourbon, pomegranate juice, orange zest and orange juice. Chill until ready to serve. Just before serving, add ice to the punch bowl and pour over the sparkling wine and top with pomegranates. Enjoy!

*To make festive ice cubes, place fresh cranberries, blood orange slices, and rosemary sprigs in an ice cub tray. Fill with water and freeze until solid.
