1.5 oz Cut Above Gin
0.5 oz Fresh squeezed lemon juice
0.5 oz Simple syrup
4 oz Noughty Organic Sparkling Chardonnay
Glass & Garnish
Champagne Flute Glass
Lemon Twist
Method
Pour all ingredients except bubbly and shake with ice. Strain into champagne flute. Top with sparkling chardonnay. Garnish with lemon twist.
