Hard to believe, but it's a tasty spritz sans alcohol.

1 1/2 oz Cut Above Gin

1 oz Nonalcoholic bitter aperitivo

1 1/2 oz Nonalcoholic Sparkling Rose

3/4 oz Cut Above Gin

3/4 oz Your Favorite Gin

1 oz Nonalcoholic bitter aperitivo 

1 1/2 oz Nonalcoholic Sparkling Rose 

CLASSIC

1 1/2 oz Your Favorite Gin

1 oz Nonalcoholic bitter aperitivo

1 1/2 oz Nonalcoholic Sparkling Rose 

Glass & Garnish

Coupe glass

Orange peel

Method

Add aperitivo and Gin in mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled then strain into a chilled coupe. Top with sparkling rose. Garnish with expressed orange peel.
