Blackberry Bramble
Ingredients

2 oz Cut Above Whiskey
1 oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
4 Fresh blackberries
Sprig of basil

1 oz Cut Above Whiskey
1 oz of your favorite whiskey
1 oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
4 Fresh blackberries
Sprig of basil

2 oz Your Favorite Whiskey
1 oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
4 Fresh Blackberries
Sprig of basil

Recipe

Gently muddle basil and blackberries in a cocktail shaker.  Add whiskey, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake well and then strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.  Garnish with basil and blackberries.

Ingredients

1 oz. Cut Above Whiskey1 oz. Zero proof bitters3/4 oz. Lemon juice5/12 oz. Simple syrup

1 oz. Cut Above Whiskey1 oz. Fernet-Branca3/4 oz. Lemon juice5/12 oz. Simple syrup

1 oz. Your Favorite Whiskey1 oz. Fernet-Branca3/4 oz. Lemon juice5/12 oz. Simple syrup

Recipe

Shake with cubed ice in a cocktail shaker. Fine strain in to a chilled cocktail glass and garnish.

Ingredients

2 oz. Cut Above Whiskey
1 sugar cube
3 dashes zero proof Bitters

1 oz. Cut Above Whiskey
1 oz. Your favorite Bourbon
1 sugar cube
3 dashes Angostura Bitters

2 oz. Your Favorite Bourbon
1 sugar cube
3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Recipe

Put the sugar cube in large whiskey tumbler and drizzle it with the Bitters. Crush the sugar cube well. Add a little Cut Above Whiskey and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add the rest of the Cut Above Whiskey and stir.
