Method

Stir all ingredients with ice to chill. Strain into a lowball glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with rhubarb and/or peppercorns.

*Rhubarb Peppercorn Syrup Add 2 tsp peppercorns, lightly cracked per 1 cup of syrup in a small saucepan and bring to just boiling. Turn down and let simmer for at least 20 minutes. Strain and chill.
